I have passed my exams, but need experience to get a job. I live in Northampton. Where can i find a voluntary accounts position?

Ohhhh, you darling! There are loads and loads of voluntary groups in your area who are gasping for someone to do their accounts! Contact Northampton Volunteering Centre on 01604 637522.

Depending which type of accounts you wish to do, just try sending your CV to all the larger companies or practices in the location you are willing to travel to. Also try www.reed.co.uk, www.totaljobs.com for jobs in your area. You should be able to get a paid job, even without experience if you have finished your exams. I got my first job in accounts with no experience in that field and wanting to start my study and now I am doing well working for a great company doing project and management accounts and a good study support package. try your local voluntary services they are always in need of good volunteers- good for you very rewarding- doing it because you want to not because you have to.
